✅ Returns Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return.
- Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
🔁 How to Start a Return

- Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.
💵 Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
📦 Exchanges
- Need a different size, color, or item? Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
- If the item is unavailable, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll make it right.
