✅ Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 7days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, and downloadable software are not eligible for return.
  • Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.

🔁 How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.

💵 Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

📦 Exchanges

  • Need a different size, color, or item? Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
  • If the item is unavailable, we will process it as a return and issue a refund.
